### **Position Overview**
**Qassim University Medical City** is hiring qualified, dedicated, and compassionate **In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Nurses** to join its multidisciplinary healthcare team in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidates will deliver specialized clinical and supportive nursing care to couples and individuals undergoing fertility investigations and assisted reproductive technology (ART) treatments.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Clinical & Procedural Support:**
* Assist reproductive endocrinologists and fertility specialists during consultations, pelvic examinations, ultrasound monitoring, egg retrievals, and embryo transfers.
* Prepare procedure rooms, maintain sterile fields, and ensure clinical instruments and equipment meet quality and safety standards.
* **Patient Care & Monitoring:**
* Administer prescribed fertility medications (including hormonal therapies and ovarian stimulation protocols) and monitor patients for adverse drug reactions.
* Conduct pre- and post-procedure clinical assessments, provide specialized patient recovery care, and promptly report any changes in clinical status.
* **Care Coordination & Education:**
* Coordinate patient cycles, diagnostic laboratory tests, and treatment schedules with the clinical team and embryology laboratory.
* Provide clear, empathetic pre- and post-procedure counseling, medication guidance, and emotional support throughout the treatment cycle.
* **Documentation & Quality Compliance:**
* Accurately maintain confidential electronic medical records (EMR), patient charts, and treatment logs in strict accordance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
* Uphold rigorous infection control practices, clinical safety guidelines, and patient confidentiality standards.

### **Qualifications & Competencies**
* **Gender:** Female applicants only (due to clinic specialization requirements).
* **Age:** 24 to 37 years old.
* **Licensure:** Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
* **Professional Experience:**
* Minimum of **two (2) years** of relevant clinical nursing experience.
* *Required clinical exposure must include:* **EEG/neurophysiology procedures** and/or **sleep apnea unit experience** (as specified in employer criteria).
* **Credentialing Status:** Open to applicants **with or without** existing DataFlow verification and Mumaris eligibility.
* **Skills & Attributes:**
* Proficient in English (both written and oral).
* Computer proficiency rated at **Level III-E** (or equivalent operational capability).
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a collaborative, high-standard medical environment.
