Job Opportunities in Saudi Arabia!Job Vacancy: BUILDING MAINTENANCE Employer/Company: Alallamah Company For Trading And Contracting DMW Accreditation No.: 2026080034 Job Location: Saudi ArabiaBUILDING MAINTENANCEQualifications:A minimum of 5 years of working experience is required.Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.Minimum 3 years of experience in building and facilities maintenance is required; 5 years of experience is required based on the stated job qualification.Must be a multi-trade / multi-skilled maintenance worker.Knowledge and practical experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and masonry works.Proven experience performing general building maintenance and facility repair tasks.Knowledge of common building systems, fixtures, structures, and maintenance procedures.Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs across multiple building maintenance trades.Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, maintenance equipment, and safe operating procedures.Ability to follow work orders, technical instructions, maintenance schedules, and safety procedures.Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on maintenance work, including standing, bending, lifting, and working in different facility areas.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Reliable, hardworking, responsible, and capable of working independently or as part of a maintenance team.Good communication and coordination skills.Willingness to perform various maintenance tasks according to facility requirements.Strict compliance with workplace safety rules, company policies, and maintenance procedures.Male applicants are preferred for this role.Responsibilities:Perform routine and corrective building and facilities maintenance to keep properties safe, functional, and well maintained.Conduct inspections of building systems, fixtures, structures, and facility areas to identify maintenance requirements.Perform carpentry repairs and maintenance, including doors, cabinets, partitions, shelves, fixtures, and other wooden components.Perform basic plumbing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.Repair minor plumbing leaks, damaged fittings, drainage problems, and other water-related issues.Perform basic electrical maintenance, including inspection and minor repair of electrical fixtures, switches, outlets, lighting, and related components.Assist with routine HVAC maintenance and identify common air-conditioning and ventilation problems.Perform basic painting, surface preparation, touch-up, and finishing work.Carry out minor masonry repairs, including patching, plastering, wall repairs, and other related building work.Repair and maintain walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, fixtures, and other building components.Respond promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and facility repair requirements.Use appropriate hand tools, power tools, maintenance equipment, and testing instruments safely.Follow technical instructions, maintenance schedules, work orders, and established procedures.Coordinate with specialized electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, carpenters, and other maintenance personnel when specialized work is required.Inspect completed repair work to ensure proper functionality, safety, and quality.Maintain an adequate supply and proper storage of commonly used maintenance materials and tools.Keep tools, equipment, work areas, storage areas, and maintenance facilities clean and organized.Report major defects, equipment failures, safety hazards, or repairs requiring specialized attention to supervisors.Assist in preventive maintenance programs for building systems and facility equipment.Maintain records of completed maintenance work, repairs, inspections, and materials used when required.Follow workplace safety procedures when working with electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC equipment, tools, chemicals, and construction materials.Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain safe working practices.Perform other multi-skilled building maintenance and facility-related duties assigned by management.Requirements:Must have valid passportDetailed RESUMECertificate of Employment ( if available)Visit our office for immediate screening assessment!Walk-in applicants can visit us at: MMS PLACEMENT INT’L.
