Grapecare Limited is currently seeking skilled and qualified **CNC Laser Cutting / Plasma Cutting Operators** for manufacturing operations in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for machine setup, operating CNC cutting systems, reading technical drawings, performing quality checks, and maintaining high manufacturing standards.

* **Machine Operation:** Safely set up, calibrate, and operate CNC laser and plasma cutting equipment (e.g., Durma, ORCA).
* **Technical Blueprint Interpretation:** Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting plans, and fabrication blueprints to ensure precise dimensional accuracy.
* **Material Preparation & Handling:** Inspect, measure, and load raw materials (metal plates, sheets) and unload finished parts; operate a forklift when required/authorized.
* **Programming & Machine Settings:** Input parameters and adjust cutting programs; utilize **Lantek Expert** software for nesting and production optimization when applicable.
* **Quality Assurance:** Inspect cut components for edge quality, dimensional tolerances, and defect-free finishes; perform deburring and slag removal.
* **Preventive Maintenance & Safety:** Conduct daily equipment inspections, replace consumables, report technical malfunctions, maintain a clean workstation, and strictly adhere to workplace health and safety (HSE/PPE) guidelines.

### **Candidate Qualifications**
* **Age:** 25 – 45 years old (Male).
* **Education:** At least a High School Graduate.
* **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year** hands-on experience operating CNC Laser or Plasma cutting machinery.
* **Preferred Machine Skills:** Prior experience with **Durma** or **ORCA** systems is highly advantageous.
