Career Opportunity in Saudi Arabia!Job Vacancy: Pipe Fitter Employer/Company: Masco General Contracting Company / MASCO Energy Company DMW Accreditation No.: 2025018786 Job Location: Saudi ArabiaPipe FitterQualifications:Male applicants, 24–45 years old.Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Pipe Fitter.Proven experience in pipe installation, fabrication, assembly, alignment, and maintenance.Ability to read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, layouts, and technical instructions.Knowledge of pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, supports, and common piping systems.Skilled in measuring, cutting, beveling, threading, fitting, and aligning pipes.Experience preparing pipe joints for welding, bolting, threading, or other joining methods.Ability to accurately perform pipe fit-up and alignment before welding or final connection.Competent in the safe use of pipe-fitting hand tools, power tools, grinders, threading machines, and measuring equipment.Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, positioning, and working with pipes and other heavy materials.Ability to work in construction, industrial, and outdoor environments.Reliable, hardworking, responsible, and able to follow technical instructions.Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a construction or industrial team.Responsibilities:Install, assemble, align, and maintain piping systems according to project specifications and technical drawings.Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.Measure, mark, cut, bevel, thread, and prepare pipes for installation.Fit and assemble pipes, valves, flanges, fittings, supports, and related components.Perform pipe alignment and ensure proper positioning, levels, and dimensions before final installation.Install piping systems for water, air, gas, process fluids, and other services as required by the project.Install pipe supports, hangers, clamps, brackets, and related structural components.Prepare pipe joints and connections for welding, bolting, threading, or other approved joining methods.Work closely with welders to prepare and align pipe joints before welding.Inspect completed pipe assemblies for proper alignment, fit-up, and workmanship.Assist with pressure testing, leak testing, flushing, and commissioning of piping systems.Identify damaged, defective, or incorrectly installed pipes, fittings, valves, and other components.Repair, replace, or modify piping components as directed by supervisors.Use pipe cutters, grinders, threading machines, measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools safely and correctly.Handle and position pipes and fittings using appropriate lifting and handling equipment.Maintain proper housekeeping and keep tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized.Follow approved work procedures, technical instructions, method statements, and project schedules.Coordinate with welders, electricians, scaffolders, plumbers, mechanics, supervisors, and other site personnel.Follow workplace health and safety requirements and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).Report piping defects, equipment problems, material shortages, hazards, and unsafe conditions to supervisors.Perform other pipe fitting, installation, maintenance, and construction duties as assigned.Requirements:Updated Curriculum Vitae (Resume)Certificate of Employment (COE)Passport (valid for at least 2 years)NBI ClearanceNational IDVisit our office for immediate screening assessment!Walk-in applicants can visit us at: Sun Hikkari Manpower Services Corporation 📍3rd Floor, MRDC Building, Sen.
