DMW Accreditation No: 202607102 Job Location: Saudi ArabiaCIVIL ENGINEERQualifications:A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience is required.Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Engineering (Civil) or similar fields.Proven professional experience in civil engineering, construction, infrastructure, or a related field.Strong mathematical and analytical skills for engineering calculations, measurements, quantities, and cost estimation.Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or other computer-aided design (CAD) software.Strong ability to read, interpret, and prepare engineering drawings, blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.Good knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, soil conditions, and site engineering practices.Experience in overseeing soil and construction material testing is an advantage.Knowledge of construction quality control, inspection procedures, and project documentation.Good understanding of applicable building regulations, zoning requirements, environmental laws, and construction standards.Ability to conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly when addressing real-time site issues.Good understanding of project cost estimation, material quantities, labor requirements, and equipment planning.Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.Ability to work under pressure and meet project schedules and deadlines.Reliable, organized, technically competent, and capable of working independently when required.Male applicants are preferred for this role.Responsibilities:Analyze maps, survey reports, geological information, and other technical data for civil engineering projects.Plan and develop civil engineering designs, layouts, drawings, and project specifications.Prepare detailed blueprints and technical drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D or other appropriate design software.Review engineering drawings, plans, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and compliance.Conduct or oversee feasibility studies and technical assessments for proposed construction activities.Coordinate and oversee soil and material testing to verify foundation stability and construction safety.Evaluate soil conditions and material properties and recommend appropriate construction methods when required.Calculate quantities of materials, labor requirements, equipment needs, and other project resources.Prepare or assist with cost estimates and monitor project expenses to help keep construction activities within budget.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, surveyors, suppliers, and other project personnel.Prepare and assist with permit applications and required technical documentation.Ensure civil works comply with applicable local zoning requirements, environmental regulations, building codes, and project specifications.Conduct regular visits to construction sites to monitor progress and verify that work is performed according to approved plans.Supervise civil construction activities and ensure proper methods, materials, dimensions, and workmanship are maintained.Monitor project quality and conduct inspections to identify defects, deviations, or non-conforming work.Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues that arise on site.Coordinate corrective actions and follow up on outstanding construction issues.Monitor project schedules and provide updates regarding construction progress, delays, and site requirements.Maintain accurate engineering records, site inspection reports, measurements, test results, and other project documentation.Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements on construction sites.Review completed civil works and assist with final inspections, testing, and project handover activities.Perform other civil engineering and project-related duties assigned by management.Requirements:Updated ResumeCertificate of EmploymentValid PassportWalk-in applicants can visit us at: Pyramids International Human Resources Services Co. 📍R001,101-104&302 Jalandoni, 1444 A Mabini cor.
