Career Opportunity in United Arab Emirates!Job Vacancy: CNC Machinist (Machine Operator) Employer/Company: Lefebvre Engineering FZC Job Location: United Arab EmiratesCNC Machinist (Machine Operator)Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.3–10 years of experience operating CNC milling and lathe/turning machines in a manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication environment.Holder of a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.Male applicants are preferred for this role.Proficient in operating CNC milling, turning, and cutting machines.Sound knowledge of both conventional and CNC machining methods.Familiarity with CNC control systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Haas, Fagor, and Okuma.Working knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.Basic to strong knowledge of CAM programming; ability to make minor CNC program edits is an advantage.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T tolerancing standards.Skilled in using precision measuring instruments, including vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.Knowledge of cutting tools, tool selection, machining speeds, feeds, workholding, and material properties.Ability to perform accurate machine setup, tool setting, offset adjustment, and first-off inspection.Strong understanding of machining fits, tolerances, dimensional accuracy, and quality requirements.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.High attention to detail and commitment to precision and quality workmanship.Ability to work independently and meet production targets.Strong safety awareness and discipline when operating industrial machinery.Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC milling and CNC lathe/turning machines according to job instructions, engineering drawings, and production requirements.Interpret technical drawings, specifications, tolerances, and GD&T requirements to determine appropriate machining operations.Load, verify, and, where necessary, write or edit CNC programs using G-code and M-code.Perform milling, turning, drilling, boring, threading, cutting, and other machining operations according to specifications.Select, install, and correctly set cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures, workholding equipment, and other machining accessories.Set machine offsets, work coordinates, tool compensation, feeds, speeds, and other operating parameters.Conduct machine test runs and first-off inspections before proceeding with batch production.Obtain required first-off approval or sign-off before commencing full production runs.Carry out in-process dimensional inspections using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.Monitor machine performance, cutting conditions, tool wear, surface finish, and component quality throughout production.Adjust tool offsets, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters when necessary to maintain dimensional accuracy.Identify and report machine faults, tool wear, abnormal machine conditions, and quality deviations to supervisors.Replace worn or damaged cutting tools and ensure correct tooling is used for each machining operation.Apply appropriate machining methods based on material type, component design, tolerances, and production requirements.Maintain working knowledge of G-code, M-code, GD&T symbols, machining fits, tolerances, and CAM programming.Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, job cards, and technical specifications accurately.Complete production records, job cards, inspection documents, and material traceability records accurately.Minimize material scrap, machining errors, and rework through careful machine setup and process control.Maintain machines, tools, fixtures, measuring equipment, and work areas in clean and serviceable condition.Perform routine operator maintenance and basic machine checks in accordance with manufacturer and company procedures.Follow all HSE policies, machine safety requirements, and safe operating procedures at all times.Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to machine setup and production optimization.Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, quality personnel, and other machine operators to meet production requirements.Perform other CNC machining, machine operation, and production duties as assigned.Requirements:Update and detailed Resume in Word format or PDF with a pictureEmployment CertificateTraining CertificatePassport CopyWalk-in applicants can visit us at: ABD Overseas Manpower Corporation HEAD OFFICE : 📍2310 Marconi Street Corner Morse Brgy San Isidro Makati City and look for Ms. Realyn or Mr. Glenn BRANCH OFFICE : 📍3rd Flr, L&S Molina Bldg.
