### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:** Perform thorough vehicle inspections to detect mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools, scanners, and standard troubleshooting procedures.
* **Preventive & Periodic Maintenance:** Execute scheduled servicing according to manufacturer specifications, including fluid exchanges, filter replacements, component lubrication, and system tune-ups.
* **Mechanical & Systems Repair:** Overhaul, repair, and replace worn or defective components across essential systems (engines, transmissions, steering, suspensions, braking, and cooling).
* **Testing & Quality Assurance:** Conduct post-repair functional checks and operational road tests to ensure all vehicles meet high standards of safety and roadworthiness.

* **Education:** Minimum of a High School Diploma.
* **SSW Eligibility (Must meet at least one):**
* Former Technical Intern Trainee (TITP) who successfully completed a 3-year program in a relevant automotive field; **OR**
* Passer of the Prometric Skills Exam (Automobile Repair & Maintenance) **AND** the Japan Foundation Test (JFT-Basic) or JLPT N4 (or higher).
* **Work Experience:** Proven background and practical experience in automotive maintenance, inspection, and mechanical repair.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficient with automotive hand/power tools, workshop machinery, and modern diagnostic equipment.
* **Personal Attributes:** Physically fit, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the adaptability to thrive in a Japanese corporate workshop environment.
