Career Opportunity in Japan!Job Vacancy: PLASTIC PAINTER (SSW) Employer/Company: TAKETOYO KOGYO CO LTD DMW Accreditation No.: 10461265 Job Location: JapanPLASTIC PAINTER (SSW)Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of working experience in plastic painting, industrial painting, product finishing, or a closely related field.No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.Applicants should have experience in painting and finishing plastic products.Experience in assembling and inspecting plastic parts and components.Ex-Technical Intern Training Program (Painting Category).Holder of a Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) Completion Certificate.Holder of a Certificate of Passing the Level 3 Skills Proficiency Test.Good knowledge of painting, coating, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.Ability to identify defects and maintain consistent quality standards for finished products.Good manual dexterity and attention to detail, particularly when performing precision painting and finishing work.Ability to follow production instructions, quality standards, and workplace procedures accurately.Physically capable of performing repetitive production and painting tasks in an industrial work environment.Strong sense of cleanliness, safety, quality, and responsibility.Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.Responsibilities:Perform painting and finishing of plastic products according to specified procedures and quality requirements.Prepare plastic parts and surfaces before painting, ensuring they are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and other contaminants.Apply paint and finishing materials evenly using appropriate painting equipment and techniques.Assemble plastic parts and components according to work instructions and production requirements.Inspect completed plastic products for defects, surface imperfections, uneven paint application, scratches, discoloration, or other quality issues.Check dimensions, appearance, finish, and overall condition of plastic components.Identify defective or non-conforming products and separate them for rework or further inspection.Perform touch-up painting and finishing work when required.Follow specified painting processes, drying times, coating requirements, and production procedures.Operate and properly handle painting tools, equipment, and related production machinery.Maintain consistent color, coating thickness, texture, and overall appearance of finished plastic products.Follow production schedules and complete assigned work efficiently and accurately.Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the production process.Properly clean and maintain painting tools, equipment, and workstations after use.Follow workplace safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).Handle paints, solvents, coatings, and other materials safely in accordance with workplace procedures.Report equipment problems, product defects, material shortages, and other production issues to supervisors.Follow company quality control standards, work instructions, and production procedures.Work cooperatively with other production team members to maintain smooth and efficient operations.Perform other duties related to plastic painting, assembly, inspection, and production as assigned.Requirements:Update and detailed Resume in Word format or PDF with a pictureEmployment CertificateTraining CertificatePassport CopyWalk-in applicants can visit us at: ABD Overseas Manpower Corporation HEAD OFFICE : 📍2310 Marconi Street Corner Morse Brgy San Isidro Makati City and look for Ms. Realyn or Mr. Glenn BRANCH OFFICE : 📍3rd Flr, L&S Molina Bldg.
