### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Technical Operations & Fleet Maintenance:**
* Direct and coordinate comprehensive maintenance, repair, overhaul, and refurbishment projects for yachts and marine pleasure crafts.
* Oversee routine servicing, diagnostic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on propulsion, mechanical, electrical, and auxiliary systems to minimize operational downtime.
* Supervise vessel testing, commissioning, safety inspections, and sea trials.
* **Team Leadership & Quality Assurance:**
* Lead, mentor, and supervise marine mechanics, technicians, electricians, fabricators, and external contractors.
* Inspect ongoing and completed works to ensure strict adherence to manufacturer specifications, classification standards, and quality workmanship.
* Provide technical guidance and conduct internal training to elevate team capabilities.
* **Project, Logistics & Administrative Management:**
* Plan, prioritize, and monitor work schedules, engineering budgets, and technical resources.
* Coordinate the procurement, inventory, and allocation of spare parts, specialized tools, and consumables.
* Prepare detailed technical reports, incident investigations, repair logs, and maintenance histories.
* **Safety & Compliance:**
* Enforce strict compliance with occupational health and safety standards, marine safety regulations, and environmental policies across workshops and dock facilities.
* Promote safe working practices, proper PPE usage, and high standards of workshop housekeeping.

### **Candidate Qualifications**
* **Experience:** 3 to 5 years of proven technical management experience in the marine industry, specifically working with **yachts, luxury pleasure crafts, or specialized marine vessels**.
* **Technical Mastery:** In-depth practical knowledge of marine mechanics, diesel propulsion, auxiliary power generation, hydraulic systems, and marine electrical systems.
* **Supervisory Skills:** Demonstrated track record of leading, scheduling, and evaluating teams of technical personnel and sub-contractors.
* **Analytical & Problem-Solving Aptitude:** Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, technical schematics, and service manuals to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
* **Professional Attributes:** Highly organized, decisive, safety-conscious, and possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
