Career Opportunity in Saudi Arabia!Job Vacancy: BARISTA Employer/Company: Alfaco Limited Company Job Location: Saudi ArabiaBARISTAQualifications:Good communication skills in English.At least 2 years of experience in the same field.Presentable and neat appearance.Maximum age: 35 years old.Minimal/hidden tattoos are accepted.Good knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage service, and basic barista procedures.Familiarity with espresso machines, coffee grinders, and standard beverage preparation equipment.Strong customer service and communication skills.Good attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality and presentation.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.Physically fit and able to stand and work for extended periods.Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced café or food and beverage environment.Reliable, hardworking, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards.Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and correctly.Grind and prepare coffee beans according to required brewing methods.Prepare espresso-based beverages such as coffee, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks.Prepare and serve cold beverages, juices, and other menu items as assigned.Maintain consistent beverage quality, taste, temperature, and presentation.Take customer orders accurately and process them according to established procedures.Communicate professionally with customers and respond to beverage-related inquiries.Recommend beverages and assist customers with menu selections when appropriate.Handle cash, card, or other payment transactions accurately when assigned.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked beverage station throughout the shift.Clean and sanitize coffee machines, grinders, counters, utensils, cups, and other equipment regularly.Follow proper food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and beverage-handling procedures.Monitor coffee, milk, syrups, cups, packaging, and other beverage supplies and report shortages.Store coffee beans, milk, ingredients, and other supplies properly to maintain freshness and quality.Minimize product waste through proper preparation, portioning, and storage.Check equipment regularly and report malfunctions or maintenance concerns to the supervisor.Assist with opening and closing procedures, including preparation, cleaning, and restocking.Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.Perform other barista, beverage preparation, and customer service duties assigned by management.Requirements:Update and detailed Resume with a pictureEmployment CertificateTraining CertificatePassport CopyIn partnership with: J-Mac International Manpower Agency 1877 Eureka St., Brgy.
