Job opportunity in Kuwait!Job Vacancy: GENERAL LABOUR Employer/Company: Alusol Rolling Shutters Industries Company DMW Accreditation No.: 202652 Job Location: KuwaitGENERAL LABOURQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.Must be at least a High School Graduate.Male applicants are preferred for this role.Previous experience in construction, warehouse operations, manufacturing, production, or general labor is an advantage.Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, and moving materials.Able to perform manual and repetitive tasks for extended periods.Basic ability to use hand tools and workplace equipment after appropriate training.Willing to assist skilled workers and perform various support duties as assigned.Able to follow instructions, workplace procedures, and safety requirements.Good teamwork, reliability, discipline, and willingness to learn.Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Able to work effectively in a physically demanding workplace and adapt to changing work assignments.Responsibilities:Perform various manual labor and support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Assist skilled workers with construction, installation, maintenance, manufacturing, and production activities.Prepare work areas, materials, tools, and equipment before starting assigned tasks.Load, unload, lift, carry, move, and properly position materials and equipment as required.Operate basic hand tools and equipment when properly trained and authorized.Assist skilled workers in assembling, installing, repairing, maintaining, and handling materials.Measure, sort, organize, and prepare materials according to work requirements.Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers accurately and efficiently.Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from unnecessary materials and safety hazards.Assist in cleaning tools, equipment, machinery, workstations, and production areas.Transport materials, tools, components, and finished products to designated locations.Assist with packing, loading, unloading, and storage of materials when required.Perform repetitive manual tasks efficiently while maintaining proper work quality and safety.Report damaged materials, defective tools, unsafe conditions, or work-related problems to the supervisor.Follow company policies, workplace procedures, safety rules, and proper handling practices.Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and observe safety precautions at all times.Assist with general maintenance and housekeeping activities within the assigned work area.Work cooperatively with skilled workers, supervisors, and other members of the production or maintenance team.Perform other general labor and support duties assigned by management.Requirements: Updated CV with pictureCertificates of EmploymentPassport (Bio page)Vaccine/Booster CardDiploma/TESDA CertificateWe accept walk ins:You may visit us and submit your application personally at our office address: Fluor Manpower Agency Inc. 📍U101 & 102 GF Casa Pennsylvania Condominium, 1638 Leon Guinto, Malate, ManilaFor manpower pooling only No fees in any form and/or purpose will be collected from the applicants.
