Career Opportunity in Czech Republic!Job Vacancy: CNC Milling & Drilling Machine Operator (MAZAK) Employer/Company: Grapecare Limited DMW Accreditation No.: 10384073 Job Location: Czech RepublicCNC Milling & Drilling Machine Operator (MAZAK)Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.High School Graduate.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating CNC milling and drilling centers.Experience with MAZAK CNC control systems is required.Knowledge of OKUMA control systems is an advantage.Able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Skilled in performing quality inspections and verifying manufactured parts against specifications.Able to perform basic CNC machine setup, troubleshooting, tool changes, and routine machine maintenance.Skilled in precise measurement using calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and thread gauges.Crane Operator and Rigger certification is required.Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling loads of up to 20 kg.Knowledge of CNC milling, drilling, cutting tools, workpiece setup, and machining processes.Good attention to detail and ability to maintain dimensional accuracy and consistent production quality.Able to follow technical instructions, production procedures, and workplace safety requirements.Responsible, safety-conscious, reliable, and capable of working effectively in a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor CNC milling and drilling centers, particularly MAZAK-controlled machines.Set up CNC machines and prepare workpieces, cutting tools, fixtures, and other required equipment.Follow technical drawings, blueprints, work orders, and machining specifications.Perform milling, drilling, and other CNC machining operations according to production requirements.Load, secure, and properly position workpieces and materials in the CNC machine.Select and install appropriate cutting tools and tooling based on machining requirements.Perform basic machine setup, including tool offsets, workpiece positioning, and operating parameters.Monitor machining operations to ensure consistent production quality and dimensional accuracy.Perform tool changes and adjustments when tools become worn or when production requirements change.Measure finished and semi-finished components using calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and thread gauges.Conduct quality inspections and verify that manufactured parts conform to specified dimensions and tolerances.Identify machining defects, dimensional deviations, tool wear, and other production issues.Perform basic CNC troubleshooting and make appropriate adjustments when required.Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of CNC machines and equipment.Monitor machine condition and report mechanical, electrical, or control-system problems to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance personnel.Operate lifting equipment safely when handling heavy workpieces and materials, within authorized certification and workplace procedures.Perform crane operation and rigging activities as required for moving and positioning materials and components.Properly secure loads before lifting, moving, or positioning them.Handle materials and components safely, including loads of up to 20 kg.Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and properly store tools and equipment.Follow production procedures, quality-control standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintain accurate production and inspection records when required.Coordinate with supervisors, machinists, quality personnel, and other production staff to meet production schedules.Perform other CNC machining, crane operation, rigging, and related production duties assigned by management.Requirements:Detailed RESUMECertificate of Employment ( if available)Candidate must have ready passportVisit our office for immediate screening assessment!Walk-in applicants can visit us at: 🏛️Venture Management Systems International Corp Address:📍Unit 701B, 7F, East Tower, 8912 Asean Avenue Bldg., Asean Ave., Aseana City, Parañaque, PhilippinesFor manpower pooling only.
