Core Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive physical examinations, health screenings, and detailed medical history evaluations.
- Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan.
- Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests, laboratory work, and radiological imaging.
- Prescribing pharmacological agents and therapeutic treatments in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized patient care plans and preventive health strategies.
- Delivering patient and family education regarding disease prevention, wellness maintenance, and chronic illness self-management.
- Collaborating with supervising physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Documenting all clinical encounters, patient interactions, and treatment plans accurately and promptly within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
