Job Opportunity in United Arab Emirates!Employer/Company: Dubai Royal Palaces Hospitality LLC DMW Accreditation No.: 10429225 Job Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesGENERAL NURSE (NICU & PICU)Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.Must hold a Professional License / Passed Board or Professional License Examination.Experience in both NICU and PICU departments is required.Strong knowledge of neonatal and pediatric nursing care.Experience monitoring critically ill infants and pediatric patients.Ability to accurately assess, document, and report patient conditions.Strong communication, observation, and critical-thinking skills.Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and healthcare procedures.Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Professional, compassionate, responsible, and detail-oriented.Female applicants are preferred for this position.Responsibilities:Provide nursing care to patients in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) settings.Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical information accurately.Observe patients closely for changes in symptoms, behavior, or medical condition.Report significant changes in patient conditions promptly to physicians and the appropriate healthcare team.Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date patient healthcare records and nursing reports.Administer medications and treatments according to physicians’ orders and established nursing procedures.Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments.Monitor patients’ responses to medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.Follow infection prevention and control procedures, particularly when caring for critically ill infants and children.Maintain proper hygiene, safety, and patient-care standards within the NICU and PICU.Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, patients’ families, and other healthcare professionals.Provide appropriate support and information to parents or guardians regarding patient care, within the nurse’s professional scope.Ensure nursing equipment and supplies are properly maintained and readily available.Follow hospital policies, professional nursing standards, and patient safety procedures.Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in critically ill patients’ conditions.Requirements:Valid PassportDetailed RESUMECertificate of Employment ( if available)Visit our office for immediate screening assessment!Walk-in applicants can visit us at: Al-Kingsmen International Manpower Services Co.
