Position: Bilingual Caregiver (Filipino-Speaking)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Caregiver fluent in Filipino to provide high-quality, personalized care for our client. The ideal candidate will bridge cultural and linguistic needs while maintaining a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Providing meaningful companionship and conversation in the client's preferred language (Filipino)
- Planning and preparing nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary requirements
- Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free living space
- Providing medication reminders and monitoring general health and wellness
- Assisting with client mobility, transfers, and physical therapy exercises
- Accommodating households with pets and coexisting comfortably in a pet-friendly environment
- Documenting daily activities and reporting any significant changes in the client's condition to family members or supervisors
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of relevant caregiver training
- Fluency in the Filipino language (required)
- Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Comfort and willingness to work in homes with pets
