JOB TITLE: Home Caregiver (Hourly)
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and self-motivated Home Caregiver to provide high-quality, individualized care to clients in their homes on an hourly basis. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. To best serve the specific language and cultural needs of our clients, bilingual proficiency in English and Tagalog (Filipino) is strongly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting clients with daily personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Providing supportive companionship and engaging clients in daily social activities
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with dietary guidelines
- Performing light housekeeping, including tidying living spaces and doing laundry
- Providing timely medication reminders
- Assisting with safe transfers, mobility, and ambulation
- Accompanying clients to medical appointments and assisting with essential errands
- Observing, documenting, and reporting any changes in physical condition, mental status, or overall well-being
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven reliability, empathy, and professional integrity
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Tagalog (Filipino) preferred
