Career Opportunities in Saudi Arabia!Job Vacancy: SPECIALIZED SURFACE TREATMENT & FINISHING Employer / Company: AIMS Leading Industrial Factory (ALIF) Job Location: Saudi ArabiaAIMS Leading Industrial Factory (ALIF) is seeking skilled Specialized Surface Treatment & Finishing Technicians to support industrial galvanizing and metal finishing operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will operate hot-dip or electro-galvanizing lines, perform chemical pre-treatment and surface preparation, control process conditions, monitor coating thickness, and ensure finished products meet required quality and safety standards.SPECIALIZED SURFACE TREATMENT & FINISHINGQualifications:Must have completed Grade 12 / Senior High School or equivalent intermediate level.Proven experience in hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing operations.Experience in chemical pre-treatment, pickling, and fluxing processes.Knowledge of galvanizing line operation and industrial surface treatment procedures.Experienced in controlling and monitoring bath temperature and other critical process parameters.Knowledge of coating thickness measurement and quality control requirements.Ability to inspect finished galvanized products for coating quality, uniformity, and surface defects.Good understanding of chemical handling and industrial safety procedures.Ability to operate, monitor, and make basic adjustments to surface treatment equipment.Good mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic equipment or process abnormalities.Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial environment involving heat, chemicals, and machinery.Willing to follow technical instructions, production procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety rules.Reliable, disciplined, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a production team.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing production lines according to established procedures.Perform chemical pre-treatment of metal components before galvanizing or surface finishing.Carry out pickling and fluxing processes to properly prepare surfaces for coating.Monitor and control chemical solutions used during surface treatment operations.Maintain proper bath temperature and process conditions throughout the galvanizing operation.Monitor zinc bath or electro-galvanizing parameters to ensure consistent coating quality.Control and monitor coating thickness according to required product specifications.Inspect galvanized and surface-treated products for coating uniformity, adhesion, appearance, and other quality requirements.Identify surface defects, uneven coatings, contamination, or other finishing problems and take appropriate corrective action.Perform routine checks and adjustments to galvanizing and surface treatment equipment.Ensure proper loading, positioning, dipping, withdrawal, and handling of materials during the treatment process.Follow established chemical handling, treatment, and disposal procedures.Monitor chemical concentrations and report abnormalities to supervisors or technical personnel.Assist with cleaning, maintenance, and inspection of tanks, baths, pumps, heating systems, and other line equipment.Maintain accurate records of production output, bath conditions, temperatures, coating thickness, and quality inspections.Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals, galvanized materials, and production equipment.Follow workplace safety procedures when working with hot materials, chemicals, machinery, and industrial equipment.Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including appropriate protective clothing, gloves, eye protection, and other safety equipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area around the galvanizing and finishing line.Coordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Minimize material waste, production defects, and process downtime.Perform other surface treatment, galvanizing, finishing, and production duties assigned by management.Requirements:Detailed RESUME/Skype IDCertificate of EmploymentValid PassportVisit our office for an initial interview: Finest Asia Resources, Inc 📍7F Vernida IV Building 128 L.P.
