Job Vacancy: Female Staff Nurse Employer/Company: Prince Sultan Military Medical City (PSMMC) Job Location: Saudi Arabia Female Staff Nurse Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Must have at least two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience. Must hold an active and valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) nursing license. Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration or an eligibility code is a major advantage. Must have appropriate clinical knowledge and patient-care skills. Must demonstrate good communication, teamwork, and professional interpersonal skills. Must be committed to patient safety, ethical nursing practice, and confidentiality. Must be willing to comply with applicable Saudi licensing, credential verification, and employment requirements. Responsibilities: Assess patients’ health conditions and record vital signs and relevant clinical information. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in coordination with the healthcare team. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report changes or complications to the appropriate medical personnel. Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with examinations, procedures, and patient care. Maintain accurate and complete patient records and nursing documentation. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication instructions, and healthcare practices. Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical quality standards. Provide emotional support and maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care. Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and applicable professional and regulatory requirements.
