### **Position Overview**
The **Material Controller** is responsible for overseeing end-to-end inventory and materials management on-site. This role ensures that all equipment, tools, and materials are received, verified, preserved, stored, tracked, and dispatched efficiently to support continuous Oil & Gas operations in Equatorial Guinea.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Receiving & Quality Inspection:** Receive, inspect, and verify delivered goods, tools, and equipment against purchase orders, delivery notes, packing lists, and project specifications.
* **Inventory Control & Traceability:** Maintain accurate, real-time records of all received, issued, transferred, and consumed stock using standardized material-tracking systems.
* **Storage & Preservation:** Ensure proper tagging, labeling, shelving, and preservation of materials in designated zones in compliance with international safety and quality standards.
* **Issuance & Coordination:** Issue approved materials to authorized site personnel; coordinate proactively with procurement, warehouse, engineering, and construction teams to anticipate replenishment needs.
* **Audits & Reconciliation:** Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits; investigate, report, and reconcile discrepancies, damages, or missing stock promptly.
* **Reporting & Compliance:** Generate routine material status and inventory reports for project management while adhering strictly to site safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
