DMW Accreditation No.: 10397680 Job Location: CroatiaHotel CleanerQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.At least High School Graduate.Previous experience as a Hotel Cleaner, Housekeeping Attendant, Room Attendant, Cleaner, or similar position is preferred.Knowledge of hotel cleaning, housekeeping procedures, sanitation, and hygiene standards.Ability to clean guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities efficiently.Familiarity with proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, tools, and equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.Good customer service skills and a courteous, professional attitude toward guests.Able to communicate in basic English with guests, supervisors, and coworkers.Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment and respond to changing housekeeping requirements.Reliable, hardworking, trustworthy, and responsible.Good teamwork and ability to follow instructions and established hotel procedures.Responsibilities:Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, and other designated hotel spaces.Assist housekeeping staff with daily guest room cleaning and preparation.Make beds, change linens, replace towels, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and perform other routine cleaning tasks.Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, floors, and other fixtures.Replenish guest room amenities, toiletries, towels, and other supplies as required.Perform deep cleaning and additional housekeeping tasks when needed.Respond promptly and courteously to guest service requests and coordinate with housekeeping supervisors when assistance is required.Maintain cleanliness and order in hallways, elevators, stairways, lobbies, service areas, and other common spaces.Collect and properly dispose of rubbish, used linens, and other waste according to hotel procedures.Use cleaning equipment, tools, detergents, disinfectants, and other cleaning products safely and correctly.Inspect cleaned areas to ensure they meet established hotel standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.Report maintenance problems, damaged fixtures, missing items, or other room concerns to the appropriate supervisor.Handle guest belongings and personal items with care and respect guest privacy at all times.Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and other hotel departments regarding cleaning requirements and room status.Maintain cleaning carts, tools, supplies, storage rooms, and work areas in clean and organized condition.Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages or damaged equipment to the supervisor.Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, health, safety, and hotel security procedures.Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning chemicals or performing potentially hazardous tasks.Help maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for hotel guests through consistent cleanliness and professional service.Perform other cleaning, housekeeping support, and hotel service duties assigned by management.Requirements:Detailed RESUMECertificate of Employment ( if available)Candidate must have ready passportVisit our office for immediate screening assessment!Walk-in applicants can visit us at: 🏛️Venture Management Systems International Corp Address:📍Unit 701B, 7F, East Tower, 8912 Asean Avenue Bldg., Asean Ave., Aseana City, Parañaque, PhilippinesFOR MANPOWER POOLING ONLY.
