Career Opportunity in Saudi Arabia!Job Vacancy: BARISTA Employer/Company: Just Caffeine Company| DMW Accreditation No.: 10459804 Job Location: Saudi ArabiaBARISTAQualifications:Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a Barista or in a similar café or beverage-service position.At least High School Graduate.Male applicants are preferred.Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, espresso preparation, and beverage recipes.Ability to operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other coffee-making equipment.Knowledge of proper coffee grinding, extraction, brewing, and beverage presentation.Experience preparing a variety of hot and cold coffee and non-coffee beverages.Ability to accurately follow standard recipes and beverage specifications.Experience handling cash transactions and operating a POS system.Good customer service and communication skills.Friendly, professional, courteous, and customer-oriented.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café or food and beverage environment.Good attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and safe food-handling practices.Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation.Physically fit and capable of standing and working for extended periods.Ability to work flexible schedules, weekends, holidays, and shifts when required.Reliable, hardworking, responsible, and team-oriented.Willing to learn new beverage recipes, coffee techniques, and company procedures.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.Prepare espresso-based beverages such as espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty coffee drinks.Apply proper coffee brewing and preparation techniques to maintain consistent beverage quality.Operate and monitor espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other beverage preparation equipment.Grind coffee beans according to the required brewing method and beverage recipe.Ensure proper coffee extraction, beverage temperature, presentation, and consistency.Prepare syrups, toppings, ingredients, and other beverage components as required.Take customer orders accurately and confirm special requests or modifications.Explain menu items, coffee selections, beverage ingredients, and available options to customers.Process customer payments and operate the POS system accurately.Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions according to company procedures.Provide friendly, professional, efficient, and attentive customer service.Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and professionally.Recommend beverages and products based on customer preferences when appropriate.Maintain knowledge of the café’s menu, products, promotions, seasonal offerings, and new beverages.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, workstation, equipment, counters, and service areas.Clean and sanitize coffee machines, grinders, blenders, utensils, and other beverage equipment regularly.Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and equipment-maintenance procedures.Monitor the quality and freshness of coffee beans, milk, syrups, flavorings, and other beverage ingredients.Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock or damaged items to the supervisor or manager.Assist with receiving, organizing, and properly storing beverage supplies and ingredients.Follow proper food handling, hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.Minimize product waste and use ingredients efficiently.Maintain an organized and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and workplace safety requirements.Work closely with other baristas, kitchen staff, servers, cashiers, and supervisors to ensure smooth café operations.Assist with opening and closing duties, including equipment preparation, cleaning, stock checking, and workstation organization.Perform other beverage preparation and café duties assigned by management.Requirements:Updated CVPassport copyCertificate of employment and trainingsIn partnership with: United Global Manpower Resources Inc. 2nd FLoor F & C Building 2110 Sen.
