Job Opportunity in Singapore!Job Vacancy: FLORIST Employer/Company: Unique Organizing Entertainment Company / Company Al Tandhim Al Fareid For Entertainment DMW Accreditation No.: 10497656 Job Location: Saudi ArabiaFLORISTQualifications:At least 2 years of experience as a Florist or in floral arrangement.Knowledge of flower arrangement, bouquet design, and floral styling.Skilled in cutting, arranging, conditioning, and preserving fresh flowers.Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, foliage, and floral materials.Creative with a strong sense of design, color coordination, balance, and presentation.Ability to prepare bouquets, centerpieces, flower baskets, and event floral decorations.Ability to create customized floral arrangements based on customer requirements and event themes.Good understanding of flower care, storage, freshness, and preservation techniques.Good customer service and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation.Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet customer and event deadlines.Physically fit and able to stand, move, and perform hands-on floral work for extended periods.Responsibilities:Create fresh and attractive floral arrangements according to customer requirements and event specifications.Design and prepare bouquets, flower baskets, centerpieces, and other floral products.Prepare floral decorations for weddings, parties, corporate events, celebrations, and other special occasions.Select appropriate flowers, plants, foliage, ribbons, containers, and other floral materials for each arrangement.Cut, trim, condition, arrange, and preserve fresh flowers to maintain their quality and longevity.Handle different types of flowers and plants using proper preparation and preservation techniques.Combine flowers, colors, textures, foliage, and decorative materials to create balanced and attractive designs.Prepare customized floral arrangements based on customer preferences, themes, colors, and budgets.Assist with the planning and installation of large-scale floral decorations for events and venues.Set up and arrange floral displays at event locations according to approved designs and layouts.Maintain proper storage conditions for fresh flowers, plants, and other perishable floral materials.Monitor the freshness and condition of flowers and remove damaged or wilted materials.Maintain an adequate supply of flowers, foliage, containers, ribbons, floral foam, and other materials.Assist with inventory monitoring and report shortages or damaged materials to supervisors.Maintain clean, organized, and properly equipped floral preparation and display areas.Clean and properly maintain cutting tools, worktables, containers, and other floral equipment.Minimize material waste through proper cutting, preparation, storage, and reuse of suitable materials.Assist customers in selecting flowers and designs suitable for different occasions and events.Provide professional advice regarding flower combinations, arrangements, colors, and presentation.Handle customer requests and special orders accurately and professionally.Ensure completed floral arrangements meet quality, design, freshness, and presentation standards.Coordinate with event coordinators, supervisors, sales staff, and other team members to ensure timely completion of orders.Follow workplace safety procedures when handling knives, scissors, tools, floral chemicals, and other materials.Perform other floral arrangement, decoration, and event-related duties assigned by management.Requirements:Update resumeCopy of passportCopy of certificate of employmentIf you are passionate about your work and ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!Visit our office for an initial interview: ERRX Recruitment Consulting – Head Office 📍Units 101-106,201 & 202 Agapita Condominium 1, 1832 Leon Guinto St., Malate, ManilaFor manpower pooling only No fees in any form and/or purpose will be collected from the applicants Beware of illegal recruiters and human traffickers
