DMW Jobs Accreditation No.: 10473939 Job Location: United Arab EmiratesEmirates Fine Tissue Industry LLC is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to support workplace health, safety, and environmental programs in a manufacturing environment in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will monitor safety compliance, conduct risk assessments and inspections, investigate incidents, and help maintain a safe working environment.HSE OFFICERQualifications:Male applicants are preferred.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.Bachelor’s/College Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety Engineering or a similar field is acceptable.NEBOSH IGC is preferred or may be required depending on the employer’s final requirements.IOSH, OSHA, or other recognized HSE certifications are an advantage.Familiarity with ISO 45001 and HSE management systems is an advantage.Strong experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.Experience in paper/tissue manufacturing, heavy industry, FMCG manufacturing, or chemical-handling environments is an advantage.Experience with maintenance shutdowns and warehouse/logistics safety is preferred.Knowledge of utilities, boilers, compressed-air systems, and related industrial operations is an advantage.Tissue/Paper Mill HSE Officer experience is highly advantageous.UAE/GCC industrial experience is preferred.Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices, hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments across production, maintenance, warehouse, and facility areas.Identify hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, including root-cause analysis.Prepare and maintain Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Method Statements as required.Support the implementation of Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined-space, hot-work, and other critical safety procedures.Maintain accurate HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, training records, and compliance documentation.Monitor fire-fighting equipment, emergency exits, first-aid facilities, safety signage, and other safety systems.Conduct or assist with safety training, toolbox meetings, and employee awareness programs.Monitor compliance with workplace safety requirements and report violations or unsafe practices.Assist management in developing corrective and preventive measures to reduce workplace risks.Support emergency preparedness and response activities.Coordinate with production, maintenance, warehouse, and other departments regarding HSE concerns.Perform other HSE-related duties assigned by management.Requirements:Detailed RESUMECertificate of EmploymentCandidate must have ready passport☑ NO TRADETEST FEES, ☑ NO MEDICAL FEES, ☑ NO PLACEMENT FEE, ☑ NO PROCESSING FEE, ☑ NO SALARY DEDUCTION, 💯% NO FEES TO BE COLLECTEDPlease report to our office for preliminary interview.
