Position: Advocacy Curriculum Lead, Installer Voices (Contract)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Advocacy Curriculum Lead for the Installer Voices initiative on a contract basis. This role is responsible for developing, refining, and delivering impactful educational and advocacy materials tailored to global installer communities. Candidates with fluency in regional languages—including Bahasa Indonesia, Filipino, Thai, Urdu, Hausa, or other target languages—are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive advocacy curricula and instructional resources tailored to installer networks.
- Localize educational content to ensure cultural relevance, clarity, and linguistic alignment across target languages including Bahasa Indonesia, Filipino, Thai, Urdu, Hausa, and others.
- Engage with local installer communities and industry stakeholders to identify educational needs, gather feedback, and incorporate real-world insights.
- Translate technical guidelines, industry standards, and advocacy priorities into accessible, engaging training modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program adoption and monitor educational outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum rollouts and continuously iterate materials based on learner performance and community metrics.
