- Allocate daily workloads and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and housekeeping equipment.
- Address guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ensure all team members adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely repairs.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams under pressure.
