URGENT HIRING: ACCOUNTANT

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure strict compliance with internal policies and standard accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
- Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and client billing
- Performing regular bank reconciliations and monitoring daily cash flow
- Ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal accounting policies
- Assisting with budget preparation, cost control analysis, and annual audit processes
- Maintaining structured, up-to-date, and confidential financial documentation

Key Requirements:
- Female Filipino candidates preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Solid understanding of standard accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications
