Key Responsibilities of an Early Childhood Teacher:
- Design and implement age-appropriate early education curricula that support cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Assess and document each child's growth, learning milestones, and individual developmental needs.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment conducive to active learning and exploration.
- Establish strong, professional communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and daily experiences.
- Lead engaging learning activities, including nature and animal-oriented educational experiences.
