JOB TITLE: Caregiver / Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Filipino/Tagalog Speaking
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are urgently hiring dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide high-quality, in-home care. In this vital role, you will make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of clients, helping them maintain their independence and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Hourly Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,300
- Daily Pay: Available option
- Hiring Status: Urgent opening
REQUIREMENTS:
- Language: Professional proficiency in Filipino/Tagalog and English to effectively communicate with bilingual or monolingual Tagalog-speaking clients.

COMMON ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and social well-being.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding according to specific dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
- Administer timely medication reminders.
- Assist with client mobility, safe transfers, and light physical activities.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, or other essential errands.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's physical condition, behavior, or cognitive state to family members or supervisors.
