Common responsibilities of a Payroll Specialist include:
- Managing and processing timely and accurate end-to-end payroll for all employees.
- Calculating wages, tax withholdings, benefits, and other voluntary and involuntary deductions.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Maintaining and updating payroll databases, timekeeping systems, and employee financial records.
