Common Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with daily personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Providing compassionate companionship, emotional support, and engaging in meaningful daily interactions
- Preparing healthy, customized meals according to client dietary needs and preferences
- Administering medication reminders and monitoring adherence to prescribed care plans
- Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, secure living space
- Assisting with mobility, physical support, and safe transfers
- Handling local errands, grocery shopping, and providing transportation to medical appointments
- Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in the client's physical condition or behavior to family members and care managers
