Lasita, a premier Filipino rotisserie and natural wine establishment located in Chinatown, Los Angeles, is seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join its culinary team. Celebrating the diverse regional cuisines of the Philippines, Lasita focuses on Cebu-style chicken inasal and pork belly lechon, offering a menu characterized by bold, bright, and vibrant flavors.

In this role, the Sous Chef will support the culinary leadership in executing daily kitchen operations. Typical responsibilities for this position include:

- Managing and supervising kitchen staff, including prep cooks and line cooks, to ensure efficient service.
- Overseeing food preparation, portion control, and presentation to maintain high culinary standards.
- Assisting with inventory management, ingredient sourcing, and food cost control.
