Position Title: Preservation Architect
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Preservation Architect to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert recommendations to maintain historic buildings in optimal condition while ensuring accurate records are maintained throughout all stages of preservation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional recommendations for the maintenance, repair, and conservation of historic structures.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of architectural surveys, research, and project documentation.
- Conduct condition assessments and develop long-term maintenance strategies for heritage properties.
- Ensure all restoration work complies with relevant historical preservation codes and guidelines.
- Oversee site restoration projects and coordinate with contractors, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
