Grinder

We are currently seeking a qualified Grinder to join our team. Candidates who possess professional fluency in Filipino, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), or Spanish are strongly preferred for this position.

Common responsibilities for this role include:

- Operating manual or CNC grinding machinery to shape, finish, and smooth metal or other materials.
- Inspecting finished workpieces using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with quality standards and blueprints.
- Selecting, installing, and adjusting appropriate grinding wheels and abrasive attachments.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and production schedules.
- Performing routine maintenance and safety checks on all grinding equipment.
