Maintenance, Supervisor

The position of Maintenance Supervisor is open to qualified candidates of Bangladeshi, East Indian (originating from Guyana, Trinidad, or East Africa), or Southeast Asian descent (including Burmese, Cambodian, Filipino, and Laotian backgrounds).

Common responsibilities for this role include:

- Overseeing and coordinating daily maintenance operations, repairs, and preventative upkeep of facilities and equipment.
- Supervising, training, scheduling, and evaluating the performance of the maintenance team.
- Inspecting building systems, machinery, and grounds to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs.
- Managing inventory, procurement of maintenance supplies, and monitoring the departmental budget.
- Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations, building codes, and organizational policies.
- Coordinating with external contractors, technicians, and vendors for specialized installations or large-scale repairs.
