Must be 23–33 years old. At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a waiter, barista, or in a related food and beverage service role. Good communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately and respond to inquiries about menu items. Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and other drinks, according to workplace standards. Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are presented properly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, counters, and equipment. Handle customer requests and concerns politely and efficiently. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures. Coordinate with other team members to support smooth daily operations.
