Job Vacancy: FORMWORK TECHNICIAN Employer/Company: CAS Recruitment Ltd – Greek Branch DMW Accreditation / Registration No: 10418606 Job Location: Greece FORMWORK TECHNICIAN Qualifications: Skilled in building and installing wood formwork using boards, props, and plywood for footings, slabs, beams, columns, and walls. Hands-on experience assembling, installing, and dismantling DOKA FRAMAX metal formwork systems, including panels, wedge clamps, tie rods, and props. Knowledge of leveling and horizontal and vertical alignment of formwork using spirit levels, plumb lines, or laser levels. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings to ensure accurate dimensions and properly secured joints. Experience installing props and supports to ensure formwork stability before and during concrete pouring. Skilled in safely removing formwork after concrete pouring, including cleaning and maintaining formwork materials. Knowledge of construction-site safety procedures and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to coordinate and work effectively with steel fixers, concrete workers, and supervising engineers. Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a construction team. Good English communication skills are required. Must have a newly renewed passport. Responsibilities: Build and install wooden formwork using boards, plywood, props, and other support materials. Assemble, install, and dismantle DOKA FRAMAX metal formwork systems, including panels, wedge clamps, tie rods, and props. Read and interpret construction drawings to determine formwork dimensions, positioning, and installation requirements. Measure, mark, level, and align formwork using spirit levels, plumb lines, laser levels, and other appropriate tools. Install formwork for footings, slabs, beams, columns, walls, and other concrete structures. Install and secure props, braces, and supports to ensure formwork stability before and during concrete pouring. Check joints, connections, dimensions, and alignment to minimize concrete leakage and ensure accurate structural shapes. Inspect formwork before concrete pouring to confirm that it is properly secured and ready for use. Safely remove formwork after concrete has sufficiently set, following site instructions and approved procedures. Clean, inspect, maintain, and organize reusable formwork panels and materials. Coordinate with steel fixers, concrete workers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth construction operations. Follow construction-site safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain an organized work area and report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions. Salary Package: Salary is € 775 net monthly more or less. Forty (45) Work Hours/5days per week. One (1) years contract, renewable.
