Senior High School graduate or equivalent educational qualification. TESDA NC II or relevant trade certificates, as applicable. Good English communication skills. Preferred age: 45 years old or below. Physically fit to perform the required job duties. Verifiable work experience supported by employment certificates, reference letters, or other relevant documents. Skills assessment required for applicable occupations. Responsibilities: Prepare construction sites and surfaces before concrete placement. Read and interpret construction drawings, measurements, and project specifications. Set up and secure formwork, reinforcing materials, and other components required for concrete work. Mix, pour, spread, and place concrete according to project requirements. Operate concrete pumps, vibrators, screeds, and other relevant equipment when required. Level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques. Construct and finish concrete slabs, pathways, driveways, floors, foundations, and other structures as assigned. Monitor concrete consistency and placement to help ensure quality and structural requirements are met. Remove formwork when appropriate and assist with curing and protecting freshly poured concrete. Inspect completed work and correct surface imperfections when necessary. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Work with supervisors, builders, steel fixers, and other construction workers to complete projects on schedule. Follow workplace health and safety procedures and use personal protective equipment correctly.
