Must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the same position. Open to male and female applicants. Must be at least 18 years old. Must have at least an intermediate level of English proficiency. Must have experience in management, team development, and technical training. Must understand production process control, equipment performance, and product quality and reliability requirements. Must have experience monitoring process and equipment performance indicators and driving teams toward established targets. Must be capable of managing process deviations, leading root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions. Must have experience leading continuous improvement projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Manage and develop the process and equipment team to achieve operational and organizational objectives. Develop and deliver technical training to team members, helping each individual strengthen their skills and reach their full potential. Ensure production processes and equipment operate within established control limits and meet required product quality and reliability standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment and processes, establish performance goals, and guide the team in achieving targets. Identify and contain process or equipment deviations to minimize production disruptions and protect product quality. Lead root cause analysis to determine the causes of process and equipment problems. Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurring issues. Establish and lead teams responsible for continuous improvement projects aligned with organizational priorities. Analyze process and equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, reliability, and quality. Coordinate with relevant engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve operational challenges and sustain process improvements.
