Job Opportunity in Kuwait! Job Vacancy: Staff Nurse Employer/Company: AlHayat Medical Center Job Location: Kuwait Staff Nurse Qualifications: Female applicants only. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate. Must hold an active nursing license. At least 3 years of recent hospital or clinic experience. Candidates with a valid Prometric qualification or examination status will be given priority. Good clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills. Knowledge of infection control, medication administration, and patient safety procedures. Ability to work effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Professional, responsible, and compassionate toward patients. Responsibilities: Assess patients’ health conditions, record vital signs, and monitor changes in their medical status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established nursing protocols. Assist physicians during examinations, medical procedures, and patient consultations. Provide appropriate nursing care and support to patients throughout their treatment. Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medical documentation. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication instructions, and health management. Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical hygiene standards. Prepare and maintain medical equipment, supplies, and patient care areas. Report changes in patients’ conditions and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate medical personnel. Protect patient confidentiality and comply with professional nursing standards and facility policies.
