Job Location: Saudi Arabia Mechanical Engineer Qualifications: Male applicants are preferred for this role. Minimum 3 years of relevant scaffolding experience in the GCC. Experience in scaffolding bidding, planning, estimation, and costing. Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems , erection, dismantling, and safety requirements. Ability to prepare quotations, material estimates , and technical proposals for scaffolding projects. Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams. GCC driving license is an advantage. Good knowledge of GCC construction standards, safety regulations, and scaffolding requirements. Strong communication , coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and meet project deadlines and commercial requirements. Responsibilities: Review and analyze tender documents, ITBs, drawings, and project specifications to determine the full scope of scaffolding requirements . Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, transport, and overheads . Apply strong working knowledge of various scaffolding systems (e.g., Tube & Fitting, Cuplock, Ringlock) to develop practical and safe erection/dismantling plans . Provide technical support and clarifications to the sales and operations teams during the bidding phase. Liaise effectively with clients, main contractors, and consultants to clarify technical queries, scope of work, and commercial terms.
