Education: At least a High School Graduate. Gender Preference: Female applicants are preferred for this role. Language: Must be able to speak English. Passport: Must possess a valid passport. Experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or professional tableside food preparation is an advantage. Knowledge of fish presentation, deboning, filleting, and portioning techniques. Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain professional presentation and follow restaurant service standards. Responsibilities: Present whole fish to guests before service, following the restaurant’s tableside dining procedures. Perform professional fish deboning and filleting at the guest’s table. Carefully remove bones, skin, and unwanted parts while preserving the fish’s appearance and presentation. Portion and plate the prepared fish neatly and professionally at the guest’s table. Serve fish according to the restaurant’s established standards and service procedures. Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation during tableside preparation. Explain the preparation or serving process to guests when appropriate. Provide courteous and professional customer service throughout the dining experience. Coordinate with kitchen staff and other service personnel to ensure timely and smooth service. Maintain and properly handle tableside service tools and equipment. Follow restaurant policies, food safety requirements, and service quality standards.
