Position: Tagalog Role Player – Interpreter and Specialized Roles
Position Summary:
The Tagalog Role Player – Interpreter and Specialized Roles position provides immersive language interpretation, dynamic scenario-based role-playing, and cultural education to support student development. The candidate will evaluate participant progress, collaborate with program leadership, and deliver authentic cultural experiences.
Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate realistic Tagalog interpretation and specialized role-playing scenarios to support training objectives.
- Observe and report on student interactions to the Role Player Manager to facilitate structured daily critiques and feedback sessions.
- Help lead and coordinate a traditional Filipino cultural meal on the final day of the program.
- Educate participants on authentic Filipino customs, national holidays, social etiquette, and food traditions.
- Maintain consistent portrayal of assigned personas and adjust difficulty levels based on student learning requirements.
- Collaborate with instructional staff to ensure all cultural immersion activities meet established curriculum standards.
