* **Age & Profile:** Male, between 21 and 50 years old.
* **Education:** Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
* **Experience:** At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in construction and finishing operations.
* **Certification:** Must hold a valid and relevant **TESDA NC II Certificate**.
* **Technical Skills:**
* Proficient in plastering, surface preparation, priming, painting, and tile installation.
* Experienced in installing partition walls, framing, and drop ceilings.
* Working knowledge of basic concrete works, formwork setup, rebar/reinforcement binding, and concrete pouring.
* Capable of interpreting technical plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
* **Physical Fitness:** Physically fit and capable of handling demanding construction tasks in various weather conditions.
