### **Position Overview**
The Landscape Gardener will execute high-quality residential and commercial landscaping projects. The role entails both hard and soft landscaping, turf and garden installation, drainage and irrigation management, and overall grounds maintenance in accordance with Australian workplace standards.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Hard Landscaping:** Construct and install structural garden features, including paving, retaining walls, landscape edging, and outdoor installations.
* **Soft Landscaping & Planting:** Prepare, level, and grade site areas; plant trees, shrubs, ground covers, flowers, and turf.
* **Irrigation & Drainage:** Install, inspect, and service automated and manual irrigation lines, watering systems, and drainage infrastructure.
* **Grounds Maintenance:** Conduct lawn care, soil conditioning, mulching, fertilizing, pruning, trimming, and integrated pest management.
* **Plan Interpretation:** Read, interpret, and implement detailed landscape plans, technical drawings, and site specifications.
* **Equipment Operation:** Safely and efficiently operate landscape tools, power equipment, and light machinery.
* **Workplace Safety (WHS):** Maintain strict adherence to site safety protocols, hazards identification, and site cleanliness across all weather conditions.

### **Qualifications & Requirements**
* **Experience:** Minimum of **5 years** of verifiable work experience in combined hard and soft landscaping.
* **Education & Language:**
* Bachelor’s Degree (4-year undergraduate course), **OR**
* High School graduate with a willingness to take and pass the **IELTS** or **PTE** English proficiency test.
* **Licensing:** Valid driver’s license with proven ability to operate four-wheel vehicles.
* **Technical Skills:**
* Demonstrated proficiency in both hardscape construction and plant/turf care.
* Proven ability to read blueprints and technical landscape designs.
* Practical expertise in safe equipment handling and site maintenance.
* **Physical Capability:** High physical endurance and willingness to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
