Knowledge of various exercises, fitness techniques, and training methods. Ability to develop and modify exercise programs according to individual client needs. Ability to instruct, encourage, and motivate clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good teamwork and organizational skills. Proven CPR and First Aid experience or certification, as required by the employer. Ability to monitor fitness progress and promote safe exercise practices. Responsibilities: Assess the client’s fitness level, physical condition, and health-related needs before developing an exercise program. Design and implement personalized workout plans based on the client’s fitness goals and abilities. Supervise and guide the client in performing exercise routines correctly and safely. Monitor the client’s physical progress and adjust training programs as needed. Modify exercise plans according to the client’s progress, preferences, and individual requirements. Provide guidance on exercise techniques, physical fitness, nutrition, and general health-related questions within the scope of professional qualifications. Instruct and motivate the client to maintain consistent exercise habits and achieve fitness goals. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and promote safe workout practices. Maintain appropriate records of training sessions and the client’s fitness progress. Apply CPR and First Aid knowledge when responding to emergencies, within the scope of training and certification.
