Key Roles and Responsibilities of a SPA & Beauty Recruiter – Middle East:
- Source, identify, and attract qualified spa and beauty practitioners across international talent pipelines, particularly in Southeast Asia and North Africa.
- Screen incoming applications and conduct preliminary behavioral and technical interviews.
- Organize and supervise practical trade tests and video demonstrations to verify candidate skill levels, hygiene standards, and service techniques.
- Ensure all prospective candidates meet Middle Eastern labor laws, licensing prerequisites, and medical clearance requirements.
- Manage the mobilization, visa processing, document attestation, and flight arrangements in coordination with government relations officers.
- Collaborate with luxury hotels, wellness centers, and salon managers to define staffing forecasts and skill profiles.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of vetted candidates to address high-volume and seasonal hospitality hiring demands.
- Facilitate offer negotiations, employment contracts, and initial onboarding procedures.
