Career Opportunity in Saudi Arabia!Job Vacancy: Welder Employer/Company: Masco General Contracting Company / MASCO Energy Company DMW Accreditation No.: 2025018786 Job Location: Saudi ArabiaWelderQualifications:Male applicants, 24–45 years old.Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Welder.Proven experience in welding, fabrication, repair, or related metalworking activities.Knowledge of welding processes, equipment, electrodes, filler materials, and basic welding techniques.Ability to prepare, fit, align, and weld metal components accurately.Ability to read and follow welding symbols, fabrication drawings, measurements, and technical instructions.Experience using welding machines, grinders, cutting equipment, power tools, and related workshop equipment.Familiarity with applicable welding processes such as SMAW, MIG/GMAW, and TIG/GTAW is an advantage.Ability to inspect welds and identify common welding defects.Good understanding of welding safety, fire prevention, and workplace health and safety procedures.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Physically fit and capable of performing welding work in construction, industrial, workshop, and outdoor environments.Ability to work in various positions and site conditions as required.Reliable, hardworking, responsible, and able to follow technical instructions.Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a construction or industrial team.Responsibilities:Perform welding and metal fabrication work according to project specifications, drawings, and work instructions.Weld and join metal components, pipes, plates, structural members, and other fabricated materials.Prepare metal surfaces and welding joints by cleaning, grinding, cutting, beveling, and fitting components.Read and interpret welding symbols, fabrication drawings, measurements, and technical specifications.Select appropriate welding processes, electrodes, filler materials, and settings based on the materials and application.Set up and operate welding machines, power tools, grinders, cutting equipment, and related workshop tools.Perform welding using applicable processes such as SMAW, GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG, or other processes as required by the project.Conduct tack welding and proper fit-up before completing final welds.Ensure welds meet required dimensions, penetration, strength, appearance, and quality standards.Inspect completed welds for cracks, porosity, undercut, incomplete fusion, and other defects.Perform grinding, cleaning, finishing, and repair of welds when necessary.Assist pipe fitters and fabricators in positioning, aligning, and securing components before welding.Repair damaged or defective welded components according to approved procedures.Perform welding work on construction, industrial, maintenance, and fabrication projects as assigned.Use measuring tools and welding gauges to verify dimensions and weld quality.Maintain welding machines, tools, cables, electrodes, gas equipment, and other welding accessories in proper working condition.Follow approved welding procedures, technical instructions, method statements, and project schedules.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe welding and work area.Properly store welding consumables and handle gas cylinders and other welding materials safely.Follow workplace health and safety procedures and properly use required PPE, including welding helmets, gloves, protective clothing, and safety footwear.Coordinate with supervisors, pipe fitters, fabricators, mechanics, scaffolders, and other construction personnel.Report welding defects, equipment problems, material shortages, hazards, and unsafe conditions to supervisors.Perform other welding, fabrication, repair, and construction duties as assigned.Requirements:Updated Curriculum Vitae (Resume)Certificate of Employment (COE)Passport (valid for at least 2 years)NBI ClearanceNational IDVisit our office for immediate screening assessment!Walk-in applicants can visit us at: Sun Hikkari Manpower Services Corporation 📍3rd Floor, MRDC Building, Sen.
