Job Opportunities in Saudi Arabia!Job Vacancy: MOTOR & GENERATOR TESTING Employer/Company: Voltix Engineering Co Job Location: Saudi ArabiaMOTOR & GENERATOR TESTINGQualifications:Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.At least a high school graduate.Experience in testing and maintenance of motors, generators, and rotating equipment.Knowledge of insulation resistance, winding resistance, continuity, vibration, and other electrical and mechanical diagnostic tests.Knowledge of motor and generator windings, coil configurations, and winding measurements.Experience or familiarity with coil insertion, lacing, tying, brazing, soldering, and replacement winding work.Knowledge of rotor and armature repairs, including commutator and slip-ring maintenance.Familiarity with high-potential testing and other electrical testing procedures.Ability to accurately measure, record, and interpret technical test results.Able to identify electrical, mechanical, vibration, and alignment issues.Ability to safely use electrical testing instruments, measuring equipment, and workshop tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality workmanship.Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on technical work.Male applicants are preferred for this role.Responsibilities:Conduct electrical and mechanical testing of motors, generators, and other rotating equipment.Perform insulation resistance, winding resistance, continuity, vibration, and other diagnostic tests.Diagnose electrical, mechanical, vibration, and alignment problems in motors, generators, and rotating equipment.Measure and record winding dimensions, wire sizes, number of turns, connections, and coil configurations.Inspect motor and generator windings for defects, damage, deterioration, and other abnormal conditions.Manufacture and install replacement coils and windings according to technical specifications.Perform coil insertion, lacing, tying, brazing, soldering, and related winding activities.Ensure replacement coils and windings are properly installed, connected, secured, and insulated.Perform rotor and armature repairs and related maintenance activities.Inspect and maintain commutators and slip rings as required.Conduct electrical tests after repair, rewinding, or maintenance work.Perform high-potential testing when applicable and in accordance with approved procedures.Record test results, measurements, equipment conditions, and repair details accurately.Identify abnormal readings and report electrical or mechanical defects to the supervisor.Assist in troubleshooting equipment performance, vibration, alignment, and winding-related problems.Use electrical testing instruments, measuring equipment, and workshop tools safely and correctly.Follow technical drawings, specifications, testing procedures, and manufacturer requirements.Maintain testing equipment, tools, workstations, and work areas in clean and safe condition.Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Coordinate with engineers, technicians, supervisors, and maintenance personnel during testing and repair activities.Perform other motor, generator, rotating-equipment testing, maintenance, and repair duties as assigned.Requirements:Update and detailed Resume in Word format or PDF with a pictureEmployment CertificateTraining CertificatePassport CopyVisit our office for an initial interview: Principalia Management & Personnel Consultants, Inc.
