Job Opportunity in Saudi Arabia!Job Vacancy: IT Technician Employer/Company: Family Entertainment Center Job Location: Saudi ArabiaIT TechnicianQualifications:Experience working in a family entertainment center or amusement park is preferred.Experience with Intercard, Simons, or Embed systems is preferred for IT-related roles.Experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of entertainment center IT systems.Knowledge of computer hardware, software, peripherals, and basic networking.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common technical and system problems.Familiarity with amusement management systems and entertainment technology is an advantage.Good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work effectively with employees, supervisors, vendors, and external technicians.Willing to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.Reliable, organized, hardworking, and willing to learn new systems and technologies.Responsibilities:Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and equipment used throughout the entertainment center.Provide day-to-day technical support for computers, workstations, peripherals, networks, and related systems.Monitor IT systems and equipment to identify technical problems and operational issues.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems.Support the installation and maintenance of entertainment and amusement-related technology.Provide technical support for Intercard, Simons, Embed, or similar amusement management systems.Troubleshoot amusement system terminals, computers, peripherals, and connected equipment.Assist with the installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of new IT and entertainment systems.Perform preventive maintenance and routine technical checks on IT equipment.Repair, replace, or configure defective IT components and equipment when required.Assist in maintaining reliable network connectivity throughout the entertainment facility.Coordinate with vendors and external technicians for specialized repairs, system upgrades, and maintenance.Escalate complex technical problems to the IT Manager or appropriate technical personnel.Maintain records of IT incidents, repairs, maintenance activities, equipment, and system changes.Ensure IT equipment and systems are properly secured, maintained, and organized.Follow established IT security, safety, EHS, and company procedures.Assist with system upgrades, technology improvements, and new equipment installations.Provide technical assistance to employees and other departments as required.Maintain a clean and organized IT work area.Perform other IT support and technical duties assigned by management.Requirements:Updated ResumeCertificate of EmploymentValid PassportWalk-in applicants can visit us at: Sky Lines Manpower Solution, Inc.
