Position: Tagalog-Speaking Home Care Aide (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Eastside Communities

We are seeking dedicated caregivers with Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) credentials who are fluent in Tagalog to provide meaningful, stable in-home support for Filipino seniors. Due to growing demand from local families throughout the Eastside—including Bellevue, Redmond, and Sammamish—this role offers an opportunity to deliver culturally sensitive care that honors the traditions and needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Providing safe mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support
- Preparing balanced meals and traditional Filipino dishes aligned with dietary requirements
- Offering companionship, emotional support, and fluent communication in Tagalog
- Providing timely medication reminders and observing overall health status
- Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
- Assisting with transportation to medical appointments and local errands
- Communicating status changes and updates effectively with family members and healthcare supervisors
